William Henry Patrick "Jake" Jacobson, 82, of Port Huron, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, June 26, 2017.

Jake was born on May 1, 1935 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, to the late Joseph and Julia Jacobson. He married Theresa E. "Terri" Tomlinson on January 23, 1976 in Port Huron.

After moving to Port Huron he attended St. Stephen Catholic School and graduated from Port Huron High School in 1953.

"Jake" was a hardworking man his whole life. He retired from Port Huron Paper Company in 2001, after 48 years of employment, and remained active in the things that brought him joy.
