Linda May Anthony, 62, of Fort Gratiot, died Wednesday, December 21, 2016 in McLaren - Port Huron Hospital, following a short illness.

She was born November 15, 1954 in Port Huron to the late Francis T. "Firp" and Evelyn M. Anthony.

Linda was a 1972 graduate of Marysville High School and was employed as the general manager at the Thomas Edison Inn for over 15 years.

She is survived by her sisters, Karen Duncan, Patricia Anthony, Suzanne Anthony, Debra Anthony and her brother, Steven Anthony; her niece, Heather Lynn Alger; her nephews, Matthew Duncan and Frazier and Nicholas Anthony; her special cousins, Patrick and Timothy Dowd and Colleen Denczek; and her dearest friend, Beverly Johnson. She was preceded in death by her brother, Frederick Anthony.

Cremation has taken place.

Private family services will be held at Mt. Hope Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army.
