Dick an Debbie, I am so saddened to hear of your fathers passing. Your father was a true friend I valued very much. I so enjoyed talking with him about our working together in the 60's, and keeping in touch all these years. It has only been a week or so since I last chatted with him and I will miss the many chats we have had over the years. My sincere condolences to you both.

To The Klaus Family;
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time of grief. Your dad was as tough as they come while working the street. But he treated everyone with dignity and respect, even under the worst of circumstances. Dick was a man of strong principles, but more often he led with his heart. He served his City well and it was an honor to have worked with him for many years.
